Initial value templates now load faster and other bugfixes

• New documents that contain many initial value templates now load considerably faster.
• While new documents load, they are kept read-only until all initial value templates resolve.

• Support for astro files in codegen is now on by default.
• Resolves an issue where string state could not be passed as a route parameter to router.navigate.
• Fixes an issue where number inputs would change if scrolling or using mouse wheel while having focus.
• Fixes an issue where deploying GraphQL with the dry run argument would sometimes still deploy.
