PTE list improvements; and bug fixes for document action flickering and reverting unpublish documents

This release includes many quality of life improvements to PTE lists. For instance, now when pasting an existing list from one PTE field, its indentation level will be respected in the destination PTE field.

• Fixes actions flickering when typing on the form.
• Versions that were marked for unpublishing in a release can now be returned to their original version state.
